AssetMAIS provides AI-powered asset management solutions, including but not limited to:

• Asset data registration and extraction
• AI-assisted asset lifecycle management
• Asset management consulting services
• AI agent development and automation
• Asset data templates and reporting
• Asset strategy and planning support
• Document analysis and structured data generation
• Training and education related to AI and asset management

The Services are intended for businesses, asset managers, engineers, infrastructure operators, consultants, and related professionals.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Have legal authority to enter into these Terms;
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

To access certain Services, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information;
• Keep your login credentials secure;
• Be responsible for all activity under your account;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
• Interfere with platform operation or security;
• Use the Services to infringe intellectual property rights;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the platform without permission.

You remain solely responsible for all data, files, images, documents, and content uploaded through the Services.

AssetMAIS uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate outputs, recommendations, structured asset data, summaries, analyses, and other results.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or omissions;
• Outputs should be reviewed by qualified personnel before operational, engineering, commercial, or compliance use;
• AssetMAIS does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content;
• You are responsible for verifying all outputs before relying on them.

The Services are intended to support professional workflows, not replace professional judgment.

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to the Services ("User Content").

By using the Services, you grant AssetMAIS a limited, non-exclusive licence to:

• Process User Content;
• Generate outputs;
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
• Provide technical support.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

AssetMAIS takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user data and confidential information.

However, you acknowledge that:

• No online platform can guarantee absolute security;
• You are responsible for ensuring uploaded data complies with your internal governance and contractual obligations;
• You should avoid uploading information prohibited by law or contractual restrictions unless authorised.

Where applicable, additional confidentiality agreements or enterprise terms may apply.

Your use of the Services is also governed by the AssetMAIS Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and process personal information.

Some Services may require payment, subscription fees, usage-based charges, or credit purchases.

By purchasing paid Services, you agree that:

• Fees are payable in accordance with the pricing displayed at the time of purchase;
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law;
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice;
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

All amounts are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, branding, logos, workflows, templates, AI systems, and platform content, remain the property of AssetMAIS or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce the platform;
• Resell or sublicense the Services;
• Use AssetMAIS branding without written permission.

"AssetMAIS" and associated branding are protected intellectual property.

The Services may integrate with third-party providers, including cloud services, AI providers, payment gateways, APIs, and automation platforms.

AssetMAIS is not responsible for:

• Third-party outages or failures;
• Data handling by third-party providers;
• External systems beyond our control.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to separate terms and policies.

We aim to maintain reliable platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features;
• Perform maintenance;
• Restrict access temporarily for security or operational reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AssetMAIS excludes all implied warranties and representations;
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages;
• We are not liable for business interruption, loss of profits, loss of data, or operational impacts arising from use of the Services.

Our total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid by you to AssetMAIS during the previous 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AssetMAIS, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your uploaded content;
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

• You breach these Terms;
• Your use poses security or legal risks;
• Required by law;
• We discontinue the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
